Ankylosaurus was one of the last, and largest, armoured dinosaurs that lived at the end of the Cretaceous Period in western North America. Two of the best-preserved skulls of Ankylosaurus were discovered in the badlands northeast of Drumheller. See one of those skulls in our Dinosaur Hall.
