Shipping policy

We use Canada Post to deliver our orders and we ship internationally.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we will make every effort to fulfill your order within three to ten business days of the date of your order during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM MST). We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

The rate charged for the shipping and handling of your order is based on the weight and size of your products, your location, and the delivery method. Additional charges may apply for international shipping, shipping to remote areas, or for large or heavy items. Products may be shipped in separate packages.

Please be aware that not all orders using Canada Post will have tracking numbers. If your package goes missing, please contact us at shop@tyrrellmuseumshop.com and we will look into it. If a tracking number is present, we will provide it to you at that time.
