Refund policy

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you are unhappy with your purchase. We will gladly return or exchange your item in its original condition and packaging with proof of purchase within 30 days of receipt.

Only regularly priced items may be returned. Clearance items, jewellery, food items, and undergarments such as socks are non-refundable.

Shipping of returned items are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed once the item has been returned to the Shop in the original condition and packaging. 

Any refunds will be returned to the original payment method used. No cash or cheques will be issued for returned items. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
