Known for its large, elaborate cranial crest, Parasaurolophus was first discovered in Alberta in 1920. This hadrosaur (duckbilled dinosaur) was a herbivore, eating plants with a sophisticated jaw that allowed a grinding motion. Don’t worry, it won’t bite you.
