Returns and Exchanges

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to the item during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fill your order within three (3) business days of the date of your order, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (MST). Please note we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
We use Canada Post to deliver our orders.
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using Canada Post will not have tracking numbers.
Shipping and Handling Rates
The rate charged for the shipping and handling of your order is based on the weight and size of your products, your location, and the delivery method. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to cancel your order.
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item goes on back order, we will ship the part of your order that is in stock. When the backordered item becomes available, we will ship the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the backordered shipment.
If a product is discontinued, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of that item.
