Returns and Exchanges
If you are not perfectly satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a refund. Items returned must be in their original condition. Sorry, no returns on DVDs once packages have been opened. For health reasons, we cannot accept returns of earrings or food items.
All purchases are processed in Canadian Funds.

To request airmail delivery please contact the Gift Shop directly. Additional charges will apply. Brokerage fees, import tariffs, customs duties, customs clearance fees and value added taxes, as well as other local taxes, may apply to international orders and are assessed by customs authorities at the time of delivery. The Tyrrell Museum Online Shop does not calculate these fees at the time of order, and they are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
